Seems like the link should actually be, "https://feedback.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/categories/115000410252-Knowledge-Base".

Can confirm. https://education.minecraft.net/support/knowledgebase/ should be replaced with https://feedback.minecraft.net/hc/categories/115000410252-Knowledge-Base.
