Are you on Firefox with Enhanced Tracking Protection enabled? There is a known issue where sign-ins will not work in this configuration. I was able to find your sign in from the logs and everything appears ok on our end. Do you have any browser extensions enabled that may interfere with the site?
That behavior is currently behaving as designed.
@Etanarvazac Revorix , I’ve adjusted your account and your profile should adjusted now.
Thanks for confirming. This was fixed on 7/28/2025
I can reproduce and will have this investigated.
Which browser / OS are you using to reproduce this issue?
What browser (Edge, Chrome, Samsung, etc.) / Operating System (Android, iPhone, Windows, etc.) were you using?
Can you confirm if you are using Firefox with Ehanced Tracking Protection enabled? This is a known issue preventing signing in to the feedback site. Enhanced tracking protection can be disabled per site. For more information see https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/enhanced-tracking-protection-firefox-desktop?re%20directslug=enable-and-disable-cookies-website-preferences
Can users encountering this issue attempt to sign in now? Recent changes have been deployed to help mitigate this issue.
This should be resolved now. Thanks for the report.
Can you try while providing a browser’s user agent, such as
wget https://www.minecraft.net/bedrockdedicatedserver/bin-linux/bedrock-server-1.21.80.3.zip -U "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:138.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/138.0"
If this can be reproduced, what browser, browser version, and OS can it be reproduced?
This is fixed now, thank you for reporting it.
Can you please attempt refreshing the appropriate region page (not the /error page, that will simply reload the error)?
For example, if your region was United Kingdom, try: https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/store/gift/minecraft-java-bedrock-edition-pc?region=gb
This appears to be a known issue the team is investigating.
