I believe there may be an issue with the Minecraft Partner Program application website.
While attempting to apply, I noticed that Moldova (ISO 3166-1 alpha-2: MD) is missing from the Country/Region selector. I compared the list against sovereign countries and found that Moldova appears to be the only UN member state omitted despite neighboring countries and virtually every other European country being present.
To verify whether this was only a rendering issue, I temporarily added an MD option to the dropdown using browser developer tools. Selecting it immediately produced the validation error:
"The value selected is not present in the options provided."
This indicates that the application validates the selected country against an internal allow-list rather than accepting arbitrary values.
I have been unable to find any public documentation stating that applicants from Moldova (like I am) are ineligible for the Minecraft Partner Program, and Microsoft supports Moldova in other partner services. Because of this, I am unsure whether this is an intentional eligibility restriction or an unintended omission from the application's country allow-list.
Could someone please confirm whether Moldova is intentionally unsupported for the Minecraft Partner Program, or investigate whether this is a configuration issue with the application form?

Could you at least clarify why Moldova appears to be the only country in the world that is not supported for Minecraft Partner Program? I haven't been able to find any public documentation explaining this, especially since Moldova is supported by other Microsoft services. Having an official explanation would help creators understand whether this is due to legal, tax, payments, or another policy consideration.
Your current response is difficult to act on. It tells us that Moldova is unsupported, but not whether this is expected to change, whether there are technical or legal barriers, or whether there are any alternative paths to participation.
As far as I can tell, Moldova is the only ordinary UN member state that is excluded from the Partner Program's country list. That makes the lack of any public explanation particularly confusing. An official clarification would help Moldovan creators understand the situation rather than leaving them to speculate.
This appears to be a limitation of Minecraft’s partner’s Impact. I’ll share this with the Minecraft Partner Program owner and they can work with Impact to see if this can be resolved.
I really appreciate it. If this limitation can be addressed, it would have a meaningful impact. As the creator of a long-standing Minecraft resource pack, this issue has personally affected me. Lack of any public explanation makes it particularly frustrating. For the past nine years, since the launch of the Partner Program, it has been unclear whether this exclusion was intentional, whether there’s a reason to hold out hope, or whether it was simply an oversight.
