Unable to download Minecraft Dedicated Server Software for Windows

When attempting to download the Minecraft Dedicated Server Software for Windows (https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/download/server/bedrock), I select standard Windows as the software version, check the check box confirming that I agree to the Minecraft End User License Agreement and Privacy Policy, and then click the download button to attempt to download the software. When doing so, my browser opens a new tab to the same page but with a # at the end of the URL (https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/download/server/bedrock#) with the format cleared and requiring me to select everything again. When attempting to do so, I end up in a continuous loop of the same page (https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/download/server/bedrock#) infinity and the download never starts. I have attempted opening the download link using different methods as well as attempted with different browsers all experiencing the same issue. Due to this I am unable to update my self hosted server to play with my friends.
