[WEB-6047] The wiki link on page "Download the Minecraft: Java Edition server" is outdated

The domain of the Minecraft Wiki has been moved to minecraft.fandom.com from minecraft.gamepedia.com. The correct one is https://minecraft.fandom.com/wiki/Tutorials/Setting_up_a_server instead of https://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Tutorials/Setting_up_a_server

Gamepedia no longer exists, whenever a user clicks the link they are redirected to Fandom. Thank you for your concerns.
