My company is an established Microsoft Partner, enrolled in a few different programs. We have content for the Minecraft in-game Marketplace ready to go, but I am unable to enroll in that program. The enrollment link in the Partner Dashboard takes me to https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/partner, where there is a link to "apply now", which merely takes me back to the Partner Dashboard I just left, creating an endless loop.
All work is at a standstill on this project and our ability to generate revenue is impacted.

Thank you for your reply - yes, I did do all that, as well as tried InPrivate/Incognito in both Edge and Chrome. I will record a video and attach it to the ticket.
Video uploaded. It begins with me logged into the Partner Center and having gone to account settings, where one views which programs one is currently accepted into and may apply for others. It then shows me attempting to apply for the Minecraft in-game Marketplace program, which takes me to the external site referenced in the ticket's description. There are two links on that page that say "apply now", both of which merely return you to the Partner Center dashboard without actually launching the approval process (whatever that may be). I have added other programs without issue. For example, when one attempts to enroll in the Office Store program from the Partner Center, this is the URL it takes you to - https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/dashboard/office/signup. One would expect something similar for Minecraft.
This may be marked as resolved. It was a credential issue. It is not stated, but the application workflow requires a "Microsoft account", rather than a corporate account, and does not throw an error. I associated my outlook.com account with my company in the Partner Center as an admin, then logged into the Partner Center with the outlook.com account instead of my corporate account, and the application process could be launched and completed.
