While I was updating some of my bug reports, I had noticed that the most recent snapshot version wasn't appearing in the version list, even though I added it. It turns out that this snapshot version got mixed further in with some of the pre-release snapshots for version 1.19.1. I have attached one of my bug reports that shows this behavior within the attachment section.
