Try to log in, get thrown into an account by default and can't change it

When I try to log into the minecraft.net site using Microsoft login, it picks an account for me AND DOES NOT LET ME PICK WHAT ACCOUNT TO LOG IN WITH.

And just to be insulting, it is currently picking a Microsoft account that was not completely set up, so I can't DO anything, I get stuck being told I have to respond to an email address that does not exist (I did not know you have to have an email address on each account, I was TRYING to use my cell phone number).
