Apologies if WEB isn’t the best location to file this issue, but it’s the best place I could find.
In the release article for 1.19.3 on minecraft.net, the following line is duplicated under the “network changes” section: “Servers can now lazily distribute players' profile public keys along with their first chat packet”
This applies to both the article on minecraft.net and the Reddit post on r/minecraft.
