Contrast ratio is less than 4.5:1 between foreground text and background colour on link hover in articles

Reproduction steps:

1. Navigate to `https://minecraft.net/`

2. Click on any article from the homepage

3. Confirm it contains links (green text with underlining)

4. Hover over link

5. Observe issue

Observed Results:

Contrast ratio is less than 4.5:1 between the foreground text colour and the background colour of the hover. For more details, refer to the attached media.

Expected Results:

The contrast ratio between foreground text and background is over 4.5:1
