I know this isn't the place for this, but all official support functionality is broken for me.
I have an account issue I need to resolve with them, but no matter what I do, I can't submit a ticket. It just pops up an error saying to try again. I even tried going through "Report a Concern", and had the same problem.
I've tried turning off my VPN and HTTPS, I've tried using a different browser, nothing.
I have no idea where to go from here.

I tried with and without attachment, as well as different ones to see if I could get rid of that ERROR suffix. It made no difference.
Are you creating these tickets while logged in or as a guest? Trying to reproduce this, also what operating system and browser are you using.
Do you still encounter issues? Sharing a network trace may help debug the issue as we cannot reproduce this locally.

It seems like it may be a problem with the attachments your sending looking at the image? Since the file extension is pngERROR which isn’t a thing.
