The Post isn't under pending and was released at 18:30 on April 18th. If I sign out and go to my account profile its there under the same time and if I search it word for word it comes up as March 26th 14:18.
When searching in and outside of my account it appears at the same date and time.
When I scroll back to March 26th, 14:18, its there with the same month in place.

This happened on the Safari Browser
I have not tried another browser
I can't recall if I cleared my cache or cookies in that time
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create post (This one had been in pending)
2. Edit the post several days later (I'd edited both the details and title)
Observed Results:
Dates across the platform will be inconsistent
Expected Results:
The date would remain consistent on the website and the post would appear under the newer date
