Cannot create a feedback post after entering the title and waiting a couple seconds

When entering a title on the feedback site, after a few seconds the text area and submit button disappear and are entirely replaced by search results of related posts. After that, it is no longer possible to provide details or hit the submit button.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to the feedback site

2. Enter a title
3. Wait a couple seconds

Workaround

The only workaround I found is to have the title ready in the clipboard, paste and quickly hit submit before it disappears
