[WEB-6552] AlwaysBuilding.zip File got Deleted and has an Incorrect Redirect

The link "https://minecraft.net/assets/addons/AlwaysBuilding.zip" has a redirect that links to https://minecraft.net/assets/creator when it should either redirect to https://minecraft.net/creator or it should be put back up if it was a mistake since it is still being used in the official "Guide to PVP Minigames" book.

Link seems to be invalid if this issue is still a problem please add a link to the new link where the issue is

That's the problem reported here, that the AlwaysBuilding.zip file has been deleted and redirects the user to a 404 website instead of the correct one.
