And its happening in all of them not just that selected category you can reproduce this bug in any bug reporting category
It seems to only be happening when not in desktop mode on phones

It also could be you updated the pack and it removed it from your active packs
Make sure you have activated the pack and added it to your realm

This was from a mc championship event by Noxcrew and you earnt these persona items by playing there map and doing achievements the only way you can still reporduce it is if you own the head from doing that event hope this helps
