Open your preferred browser
Then, copy this url: https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MCPE
Then, scroll down until found a tcket with long name
Expected result
When using the website https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MCPE should not having a movement to the tickets
Actual result
When using the website https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MCPE some tickets will have a movement to going up or down.

And its happening in all of them not just that selected category you can reproduce this bug in any bug reporting category
