[WEB-6614] Vanilla Cape both editions

I have the vanilla cape, but I never bought Minecraft bedrock edition. I think it gave the cape to everyone who did the free portion. The free portion let me test out a private world, but I would have to pay to use servers or creative. This may have been the intended purpose, but I expect that it is not. It is not a duplicate you guys handed out the cape to the people that used the free version of bedrock edition. I know it was not your intent so I told you incase you guys care.
