[WEB-6985] Usernames don't work when filtering by "Reporter" or "Assignee" or "Creator"

When using the custom filter "Reporter:", "Assignee:" or "Creator:", typing any valid username, and updating, an error pops up, saying "The Jira server could not be contacted".
