Twitch and TikTok redeem cards doesn't showing in other languages besides en-us

Bug description:

Twitch and TikTok redeem cards doesn't showing in other languages besides EN-US (Minecraft.net/en-us/redeem).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Access the redeem website in another language by changing the URL or clicking in the website footer option

2. Scroll down the redeem website. There's no card to redeem the Twitch and TikTok capes in the selected language.

Observed results:

There are no card to redeem the Twitch and TikTok capes when we access the redeem website in a different language.

Expected results:

There should be those cards to redeem the codes.
