[WEB-7235] I can't buy minecraft as a gift

I can't buy minecraft as a gift. I have tried several times and I see this error after clicking confirm payment. Also, there were often problems when choosing a region.

Country/Region: Ukraine.

I would recommend going through a site like Amazon.com. From there you can buy the digital code to redeem Minecraft and give that to your friend. Hope this helps!
