Downloading issue with add-ons

There seems to be an issue when trying to buy and/or download addon's.

When trying the downloading or clicking "Get this Item" button on Minecraft Marketplace it just takes you to a new tab that loads blankly almost forever. Counted 30mins of it being the only tab open and window running (no background apps or programs open to see if it would quicken the loading process for the tab) and no luck. No loaded tab and nothing new in downloads. This goes for Free items and items that cost Minecraft currency.

Cannot drag addon into Minecraft Resource backs from tab directly either when double checking different methods to get addon.

Can be signed in on official Minecraft website and nothing changes, and when trying download it does not prompt sign-in for purchase if not.

Is this an overall issue or just a Windows issue?

No repro, i was able open add-on on the Minecraft through the website.
Did the pop-window appeared? 
Have you tried different browsers?

Tried another browser and same issue, no pop-up. (Did not work for Chrome or Brave.)

Just takes you to a new tab that wont load anything on it and nothing in downloads. Tab says 'Untitled' for each addon I click.

Just to make sure, do you have Minecraft for Windows (Bedrock Edition) installed?

Minecraft for Windows (Bedrock Edition) is installed yes.

Do you have any adblock installed on your browser? Or maybe some antivirus/microsoft defender that block certain websites?
Can you please check pop-ups and redirects in your browser settings?
Please also clean up your cookies and check if any of your extensions might interfere with the pop-ups.

Sorry from late reply. Ad blocking/tracking is on standard defense and cookies are blocked from third party websites.

-Also tried downloading with different settings (allow all cookies, trackers and ads) and still same result.

Is there something else I'm supposed to download before the addons, or purchases the marketplace pass?

Hi, can you please uninstall those extensions or reinstall the browser so it can be vanilla?

This might not be a website issue.
It would be best to contact Mojang Support

I'm not sure on how to uninstall the extensions and am confused on how to make the website vanilla. If you mean by uninstalling and reinstalling Minecraft I have already done so.

Can you provide maybe a step by step guide so I can see if I'm doing something wrong on my end?

I meant vanilla browser, as in clean browser without an apps or extensions, just as you downloaded it from their website and installed it 🙂
