Your website bug is violating our consumer right.

I tried to buy to game and the website would not allow me. The website kept displaying -

"Try again later

Something happened on our end. We're working on it."

Then, to work around this bug, my girlfriend bought it as a gift and I couldn't redeem the code. Again, the website displayed the previously mentioned error message. Now we've spent money on a product that can not be downloaded. This is a violation of consumer rights and if we are not helped, this could be seen as fraud. (Which could hurt your brand.) Please help us. This is not right. We either would like to be refunded or actually be able to purchase AND DOWNLOAD the game.
