I'm having the same problem, it comes up with a 404 error whenever I try to change my location.
Can someone please fix this or at least provide some steps to help?
Can you please attempt refreshing the appropriate region page (not the /error page, that will simply reload the error)?
For example, if your region was United Kingdom, try: https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/store/gift/minecraft-java-bedrock-edition-pc?region=gb
