Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open the Bug Tracker Guidelines on help.minecraft.net.

  2. Click on the bug tracker link.

Observed Result:

You are sent to the outdated bug tracker link: https://bugs.mojang.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa

Expected Result:

You are sent to the new bug tracker link.
