Self explanatory. Search results, in fact, do not work. Even the simplest words like “a” and “the” return zero results.

Could you please specify, which search feature does this relate to?
Try being more specific with the search feature, typing just "a" and "the" might not give the expected results due to very large amount of reports including these words.
Please also attach screenshots or videos to help reproduce this issue.

Just a quick follow-up “have you tried clicking the magnifying glass icon (search portal) after typing your search, instead of pressing Enter?” In some cases, pressing Enter doesn’t trigger the full site search, but clicking the portal/search icon works as expected. I tested this just now and had the same issue when pressing Enter, but clicking the icon gave me actual results.
