Cover image at the top of all bugs reports will have strange size

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Open a preferred browser

2. Then write in the search bar this https://report.bugs.mojang.com/servicedesk/customer/portals

Expected result:

The cover image should cover all the blank space

Actual result:

The cover image will have strange size
