[WEB-8044] Bugs reports - cannot upload multiple files only 1 file at time

Steps to reproduce this issue:

Open the website: https://report.bugs.mojang.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/10/group/10/create/20 in the google chrome browser
Create a report and upload some screenshots, or comment the screenshots.
Observe

Expected results:

In the reports and comments you should be able to upload multiple screenshots and videos.

Actual results:

You will not able to upload multiple videos or screenshots

This issue was temporary happening at night but now got fixed.

The screenshots you upload what are? Are white and black

Yes. The screenshots I took were demo ones for the purpose of uploading multiple screenshots via the portal comment system.
