[WEB-8080] Bugs reports - cannot upload multiple files in the comments only 1 file at time

Steps to reproduce this issue:

Expected results:

In the reports and comments you should be able to upload multiple screenshots and videos.

Actual results:

You will not able sometimes to upload multiple videos or screenshots in the comments.
