When viewing the Minecraft Bugs website while logged out, the site still displays the old UI/layout. However, once logged in, the site uses the newer UI. I’ve attached some screenshots to show the difference.
Steps to Reproduce:
Visit the Minecraft Bugs website while logged out.
Notice it’s using the older design/interface.
Log in to the same site.
The new UI now appears.
Expected Result: The newer layout should be visible whether you're logged in or not.
Actual Result: The older layout only shows when logged out.

Hi.
This is not a bug. This is working as intended.
https://bugs.mojang.com is the public view, whereas reports.bugs.mojang.com is the logged in view, where you can submit reports. Reports uses ‘jira service desk’ to allow this, meaning that you are viewing the site as a customer, and a bug is a ‘request’. This was the best way we could have a public facing bug tracker whilst having to move onto Jira cloud.
