Issue links panel will not have x button to exit by the screen

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Open a project you like,

  2. Then, select a report of someone else or your, then press issue links panel

Expected result

In all tickets if press issue links panel will be have x button

Actual result

In all tickets if press issue links panel will not have x button

The issue links panel won’t even load for me, making my only option to reload the tab.

Can confirm, aswell me i encounter this error.

But this report is about a missing feature to press x to close the issue links panel
