Mojang API drops all requests.

Hello im a community owner of minecraft, i have my dedicate servers in a dedicate machine in OVH that is a hosting, i want to report a trouble that start happenning today, the problem is that when i do /whitelist add username it cant whitelist because the server can stablish connection with mojang servers, i reported this to OVH but they told me that this is a mojang problem, here is a error message:

so it looks like you block my dedicate server ip or just OVH servers ip because this dont only happend to me i have friends of other minecraft networks and that are hosting on OVH and it is happening i contac OVH supp and they tell me they cant fix this is mojang problem

Yes, same problem, we have 4 dedicated server, and mojang have block all ip adress except the all secondary ip that i've affect on 4 dedicated server ... I hope that mojang fix this, and unlock all ip adress because that all head of skin have a steve skin and it's not possible to OP or Whitelist a guy that not already connect to my server except if i modify the json files manually ...

It looks Mojang API is working again for me.
