Yes, same problem, we have 4 dedicated server, and mojang have block all ip adress except the all secondary ip that i've affect on 4 dedicated server ... And i host my minecraft server on OVH network also. You can look a screenshot that a guy say mojang block many ip of OVH ... : https://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2017/25/1/1497888161-lol.jpg
I hope that mojang fix this, and unlock all ip adress because that all head of skin have a steve skin and it's not possible to OP or Whitelist a guy that not already connect to my server except if i modify the json files manually ...

What are you doing Mojang ? It's frustrating to have some changed shortcuts (on azerty keyboard we need to use qwerty shortcut wtf ??) on a single game and this from several large versions ... Please fix this, this is really important ...
