The bug reports on all Mojira portals are unsynchronised with the posts' content.

When looking at a post on the main search tool in Mojira, the number of votes and the issue status is inconsistent with the values seen when clicking on the post. The Requests page seems to be more in line with the posts themselves:https://report.bugs.mojang.com/servicedesk/customer/user/requests?reporter=all .

To Reproduce:

  1. Go to https://report.bugs.mojang.com/servicedesk/customer/portals.

  2. Select one of the six portals/categories.

  3. Note the number of votes and the status of an issue.

  4. Open the issue’s page, and note any inconsistencies.

Expected: the number of votes and issue status should be the same on both pages.

Actual Result: the number and status differ between the two. Usually, the votes on the search page are higher, and statuses seem to follow different systems, eg. unresolved (and confirmed) vs reopened.

Some statuses even contradict each other, eg. resolved vs unresolved.

Hey @Slappy Sloth , thanks for spotting that. We’ve rolled out a fix to address a root cause. The search results now correctly reflect real state of the issue.
