[WEB-8624] Minecraft Chat

When i load into a server or minecraft i press T for the chat and says chat is not allowed by account settings press T again for more info but its not my settings that is the problem i randomly logged on and the chat stopped working pls read this my user is IronFistMiner

There is currently an exploit running rampent that causes people to be chat/mp banned by the automated systems.

technically not a bug and while i dont speak for Mojang im sure they are working on resolving this and restoring the restricted accounts.
