The bug:
Feedback Site Article Marketplace FAQ is so outdated from long ago, like the other articles are. (Mojang left the feedback site articles in such an outdated state.) Outdated devices are mentioned, like Gear VR, which in fact this device is not supported anymore. Even though it says:
(Please note this page is currently being revised and some links or information may be out of date.)
In fact, Mojang has not touched this article in a long time.

Read this:
Minecraft Marketplace is available on any Windows 10 or Pocket Edition device. These include, but are not limited to:
Gear VR
Windows 10 (including Windows 10 Oculus Rift)
Windows 10 Phone
iOS (iPhone and iPad)
Apple TV
Android
Amazon Kindle Fire
Amazon Kindle Fire TV
Note: Xbox One, Xbox 360, Windows Phone 8, PlayStation, Wii U, and Nintendo Switch don’t currently support Minecraft Marketplace.
Observed Result:
Outdated devices are mentioned, like Windows 10 Phone, Apple TV, Wii U, Windows Phone 8, Xbox 360 and Gear VR. They are not supported anymore. In fact, Xbox 360 and Wii U never got the Bedrock/Pocket Edition Marketplace to begin with and will never ever support the Bedrock Marketplace as their hardware is too weak to run the latest Bedrock release.
Playstation devices starting from the PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch, now and already have supported the Bedrock/Pocket Edition Marketplace since a while from when this article was made.
Expected Result:
The list of devices is meant to be updated to match the current supported platforms. Outdated devices are to be removed from the list completely.
