Fresh bug report cause written description to say "If you see this text, please refresh your page"

When creating a bug report on Jira with a description for the bug you encountered and then submitting the bug report, the description won’t be the one you written but instead a text saying "If you see this text, please refresh your page", making us to rewrite what we wanted to say again.
