Vote (or unvote) comments by clicking the pickaxe icon (vote button)
Observe if the vote button (pickaxe icon) turn to other color or item
Expected result: The vote button (pickaxe) should turn green when voted, stay green if already voted
Observed result: The vote button does not change color to indicate if it’s voted by a user
