When I try to contact mojang, it says it is a spam

So I tried contacting mojang before (on december 20th) but they would not reply to my case, so I tried to email them again today and the it says "the systems thinks this is a spam. Fill out the captcha and try again" yet there is no captcha to fill out anywhere. Could I get some help please? My account got stolen and I can not get it back.

The Captcha shows up for me, also using Firefox. Make sure the Captcha isn't blocked by an extension. If it still doesn't show up, maybe try another browser?

That being said, Mojang should already have replied to you, see When will I hear back?. I don't know why they didn't yet (as we mods aren't Mojang employees), so maybe check your spam folder.

In any case, here's an article about having trouble accessing your account if you haven't read it already. If you want to submit a ticket again, please remember to have your transaction ID ready.

Thanks for replying but I have tried Firefox, Google Chrome and Internet Explorer to contact mojang but it keeps saying that I need to fill up the captcha yet it does not appear still. Anything else I could do? also I have been trying to contact mojang for over 2 weeks.
Lastly, I indeed checked my email and spam box and for some reason seems like they did not reply to my case.

I've closed this ticket as a duplicate of WEB-947, as it has already been reported there. Since you're not the only one, this really seems to be a issue with the website.
