I've encountered several dragon related issues in the end today.
First, when the dragon was hovering above the portal it threw a fireball at the ground in front of it, but i took damage at least 30 blocks away, when i came went back the breath particles were where i'd been standing instead of in front of the portal.
Also, sometimes the breath is invisible. You'll be hit by seemingly nothing, and die close to instantly.
Also, may be unrelated, but upon dying once my game crashed, when i came back i was standing in a different spot, and my helmet and bow had been duplicated.
These issues made my speed run a lot harder than it ought have been.
Can confirm in 1.13.1, my issue was closed as a duplicate.
Also had this on multiplayer. Sometimes it will freeze and crash even without leaving the game.
Me and my mama have been affected by this glitch while playing LAN multiplayer on same wifi router. We are both playing windows 10 edition, version 1.13.1. On my screen, we are both her skin. On her screen, we are both my skin. In the pause menu the skins are what they are supposed to be, though.
I have found seven of these.
Not sure if it matters, but the first time it was in a spruce biome, and the formation was made of spruce and leaves, the second time it was stone as shown above, and the third time was in a birch biome and was made up of birch and leaves.
Second time. First was on LAN with a family member. Also, we encountered another a bit ago, but strangely it was only visible on her screen. Side by side looking at same place, it was visible on her screen but not mine. That makes 3 times.

This is affecting me also. I have no intention of dying with 26 levels, guess i'm stuck with it until the next update. I hope the villagers don't need a bell for it to be considered a village, that was my only one.
This issue seems to be solved, at least for me, since either the recent 1.16 update or possibly the 1.16.10 update. My hours went up from 482 to 606 since the update.
