This hasn't been resolved. How do I go about getting a refund on my realm?
What do we have to do to get a refund for this issue? It has been going on too long now and is VERY annoying.
What is an estimated time of resolution? You think it's annoying if someone reports something more than once, imagine how annoying it is to take 15 minutes just to get the game to work without crashing. This has been going on for well over a month and honestly is ruining the game for myself and others. If submitting a bug report every time it crashes helps you understand how annoying it is then maybe that will help you understand what it's like to be an end user of a update that you clearly didn't test more than a couple of times to realize this would happen to your users. If you had you would have realized it the first time you tested it on the switch.
