I've had similar strangeness under Android.

Both devices connected to the wireless network, the tablet in game and setup to share as server. The other device (phone) when it looks at the game list sees the server briefly then it disappears. Wait for a few seconds though and it reappears before vanishing once more. Need quick reactions to hit the server instance to connect but it does connect.

Update to 0.7.1 this has already been fixed.

Confirmed from two 0.7.1 activations on Android version. So far no lava buckets.

Are you entering the same word into the "seed" box when creating a new world? The seed is used to generate specific worlds for instance fingerpuppets is a pretty awesome world seed. Seed credit goes to Jack Frost.

0.7.1 Each bucket "state" is a different object. When using a bucket the prior state is destroyed after the new state is placed in the inventory. If the inventory is full then the placing of the new state will fail but the former state is still destroyed as part of the use object routine.

What should happen is that the former state is destroyed first before the new state is inserted into the inventory. Unfortunately as buckets also currently stack this could again lead to a problem of a full inventory and the inability to insert the new state. That or the entire stack be destroyed to be replaced by a new stack of the new bucket state.

0.7.1 confirmed armour values need checking

The only way to get flint is by using a shovel not through drop conversion with a torch but I concur that the block sand/gravel blocks are indeed destroyed instead of converting to drop blocks like the PC version of MC.

Confirmed in Survival on Android Desire HD & Nexus 7.

This seems to have actually been caused when transitioning a level from 0.4.0 to 0.5.0. If you remove the reversed door and place it again it should work fine. Solution tested on Android only.

Why would you want to activate it in Creative Mode? I thought you had everything at hand in infinite amounts in Creative?

Red dye also shows as bonemeal when held in the hand. It's identification is fine in the item list and and inventory. I've confirmed that the dye does function as it should other than having the wrong handheld texture.

I can concur having the same issue. Both Android, Gingerbread handsets connected to the wireless network and confirmed local IP address and gateway details. Neither handset can see the other. On the otherhand if one of the devices becomes an ad-hoc wifi network and the other joins that network then multiplayer works fine.
