No, ive not had this bug again since w45 i don't believe, but i only had it twice during w45 too so. There was no real discernible thing about it that made it different than any other time i placed a boat, it was just moving a boat from land to water that seemed to cause it, ive expanded the area where i place boats and now they go straight into the water and ive not had the issue at all, but like i said it might also have been the fact that we updated to w47 if anything was changed regarding that.
