I couldn't remember my old log in details so had to make a new account.
@anamri I don't think your issue is the one that I raised 3 years ago. From what I could see mine was specific to renewing the realm on the old Windows Phone platform which was already announced as being discontinued. As this platform is now dead this issue shouldn't occur.
I ended up getting the renewal reversed and getting a refund as this was the only possible solution at the time.
