@Corgano: You can already copy books. Just put some book and quills with the written book you want to copy.
Should I open a new issue, or can this be reopened? I have had Golems spawn anywhere there's at least 3 blocks of space. And that includes stairs. And golems don't spawn on stairs, they spawn on the ground below, and thus get completely stuck.
EDIT: Minecraft 1.7.2.
Maybe the hunger bar could be put above the health bar, and as for armor, it could either be above the hunger bar, or overlay the health bar.

@Anon: I don't know if it's intended or not, but that's what you get when it's designed so that the Looting Effect comes from you holding the looting sword when the mob dies.
