i followed this, but it says it's already installed. error code is 0x80070666

in the log file, it says:

[40D4:2EE4][2021-03-19T14:43:18]e000: Error 0x80070666: Cannot install a product when a newer version is installed.

affects 1.16.1

this may be sort of off-topic, but in that case, why are mending and infinity incompatible?
