It is not necessary, they just walked wierdly at the beginning, now they are acting normally, however I noticed something else, the Villager that goes to the Blast Furnace of a Plains' Village intead of getting the job they just stand in the corner of Smooth Stone, and only when that block is broken is when they get the job.
