I got 16gb left on my phone. And my ram is 2gb. I dont know what cause but it work fine few days ago umtil yesterday. Im copying backup to my sd card atm if my world get corrupted.

I have this kind of problem on Android. My solution is i turn down my render to 6 chunks (yes, its bummer, but reducing my lag, awesome) and when I want to go back to overworld, I wondering around my portal (in nether, hope I load the chunks properly imo bcoz i travel far enough) for couple seconds and exit the portal.
