thats the exact bug i have. i also cant complete more achievements, my picture of the account doesnt load, and i have 0 hours played :/
something similar happened to me, my account seems to be buggued or something and i cant complete achievements, and my data got deleted. I tried to log out and log in and it just doesnt work
My bug was now corrected and everything is ok now
