The same thing has happened for one of my End Gateways. My Dad plays on Xbox one and I play on PS4 with him in his world. We defeated the ender dragon for the 2nd time tonight. I went through the 2nd End Gateway that generated and everything was working fine. I travelled 2900 blocks out and found an End City and another End Gateway generated near the city. I didn't use this new End Gateway as I figured I'd try it out after I finished raiding the city. However, I died while raiding the city. But now whenever I try to go through End Gateway that originally took me out to the islands (the 2nd End Gateway on the main island) I keep getting teleported right next to the End Portal at 0, 0 in the End.
