Vanilla client,

as you can see it stutters placing the blocks as I am towering up, falling inside the blocks i just place.

Sorry for the confusion in my explanation,

Completely vanilla Minecraft and server.
No clients nor mods were used at all.

If your wanting me to go out and get gifs from vanilla servers that can be arranged.

The only thing modded about this report is the gifs.
I have reproduced on completely vanilla client and server.
